What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercialization Associate position at FreshRealm?
Fresh Realm is hiring a Commercialization Associate. This individual plays a critical role in the successful launch of new food products, ensuring that all trials and commercialization efforts align with production timelines and business goals. This position participates in the entire process from conception to launch, ensuring accurate specifications, labeling, and artwork while working closely with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-shelf-life testing for new meals and raw materials.
- Maintain accurate specifications, artwork, and system labeling within required timelines.
- Ensure product launches are executed according to the commercialization roadmap and project timelines by conducting manufacturing trials while adhering to plant/operational processes
- Communicate project progress, flag potential delays, and proactively address challenges.
- Work closely with Business Development, Quality, and Operations to define project deliverables, plan and schedule project timelines for each product launch, ensuring alignment with Fresh Realm requirements.
- Implement and communicate any updates to the internal commercialization processes.
Qualifications for the Job
Experience / Education
- Experience in a food manufacturing setting, ideally with experience in frozen or chilled ready meals
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a Project Commercialization role within a chilled food manufacturing environment.
- Experienced with running production trials, with experience in fast-paced, short-shelf-life food production.
- Experience with manufacturing trials and plant/operational processes required.
- Experience with ERP System integration, Datasentials, TraceGains, Monday.com, and Genesis software is a plus.
- HACCP, ServSafe, or other GMP knowledge required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
