">Main Responsibilities:

Grow customer and FreshPoint sales, volume, and profit by being in stock of the right items for customer demand. Ensure displays are compliant with customer-defined schematics and quality products are stocked, while removing freshness-dated and damaged products.
">Optimize consumer engagement on shelf by performing basic duties related to new and existing merchandise, including price changes, tagging, ad set-ups, and shelf arrangements. Maintain a clean and pleasing shopping environment by cleaning fixtures when stocking or dressing down departments.
">Enhance partnerships with retailers by maintaining client relationships through visits with store employees, department managers, and store leaders. Collaborate with store leadership on product displays to meet customer needs.
">Oversee ordering of all products supplied by FreshPoint to ensure enough product is displayed at stores or held in backstock areas to meet consumer demand until next orders are delivered. Arrange for credit for damaged products.
">Manage order inputs and conflicts by setting up orders in customer systems and resolving issues with billing, receiving, and scanning at the customer level.
">Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and providing timely support.
">Collaborates with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
