What You Will Do

The Accounts Payable Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for end-to-end accounts payable operations, combining day-to-day execution with team leadership and process ownership. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant payment processing while partnering closely with Accounting, Treasury, and the business.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead daily AP operations, including invoice processing, issue resolution, and payment runs
• Review and approve invoices, payment batches, and employee expense reports
• Manage and develop the AP team while remaining hands-on
• Ensure strong internal controls, policy compliance, and audit readiness
• Oversee month-end close activities, reconciliations, and accruals
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes
• Drive automation and process improvements
• Maintain vendor master data and resolve complex inquiries
• Oversee 1099 reporting and escheatment requirements
• Serve as system owner for the expense management platform
  
  

What You Will Bring

7 years of progressive AP experience, including 3 years in leadership

• Hands-on experience in high-volume AP environments
• Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay and internal controls
• Experience with ERP systems and expense platforms
• Ability to resolve complex accounting and vendor issues
• Strong leadership, communication, and Excel skills
  
  

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

What We Offer

The range for this position is: $85,000 - $110,000
