Sanitation Porter
Job Summary
Freshline Produce is currently seeking a Maintenance Porter who is professional, courteous, and has a friendly demeanor. The Sanitation Porter will clean and maintain the assigned areas of the property and grounds.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and sanitizing of shared facilities and common spaces.
- Cleans and maintains cleanliness of offices and lobby floors, windows, doors and walls
- Vacuums and cleans floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.
- Empties waste baskets, transports trash and waste to disposal area.
- Arranges boxes, material, and hand trucks or other industrial equipment in neat and orderly manner.
- Keeps all garbage off warehouse floor
- Clean and sanitizes bathrooms, changes garbage liners, refills soap and hand sanitizers, including floors, sinks, counters, commodes and fixtures.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Proactive self-starter and a team-player.
- Examines property for safety hazards, reports problems to Production Manager or other appropriate staff.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Thorough understanding of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
- Detail-oriented and thorough.
- Good interpersonal skills with polite and courteous demeanor toward staff, customers, clients, and visitors to the property.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must pass a background check.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing.
- Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Salary : $12 - $14
