Freshline Produce is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented student to join our team as a General Business Intern. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience across multiple departments, including Administration, Finance, and Human Resources, while building practical business skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and courier services
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document organization
- Provide cross-functional support to various departments as needed
Finance Team Support
- Assist with daily invoicing via mail and email
- Gather supporting documentation for claims and credit requests
- Provide administrative support for payroll processes
- Support Accounts Payable and the Controller with tasks such as preparing check runs and other finance-related duties
Human Resources Support
- Assist with processing employment applications and maintaining employee records
- Prepare and assemble new hire onboarding packets
- Support HR with filing and employee relations initiatives
