Responsibilities include:
- Take guest orders in a clear and pleasant manner
- Communicate menu options and promotions
- Provide efficient and pleasant service at the cash station
- Prep food and assemble guest orders
- Adhere to all restaurant operating policies and procedures
- Provide great customer service
- Assist the Manager in achieving sales and customer service goals
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Have fun and build your skills
Once training as a team member has been completed, training for the team lead position will start. The team lead will be the person in charge during the shift and be responsible for store operations during their shift.
Requirements:
- Retail or quick service restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment an asset
- Flexible availability
- Positive attitude
- Easily adaptable
- Quick problem solver
- Excellent communication skills
- Team lead position for at least 2 years
- Available to work at least Monday, Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday every week
Tips are pooled and distributed to all team members based on the hours worked - typically provides an additional $3-$5/hr extra in pay ($21-23/hr with tips). We offer competitive wages based on your experience. Advancement to a team lead position is currently available upon completing team member training.
Applicants must be 18 years old or older. All of our Minor positions have been filled.
