FreshFin is changing the fast-casual dining experience, and we want you to be a part of it as aCrew Member at our FreshFin Madison - Hilldale Shopping Center shop!
Our Team Members ensure that our guests are given a warm welcome upon arrival and that they leave happy and satisfied with their experience!
Your Impact
- Use your culinary skills by preparing proteins, vegetables and fruits, recipes and sauces to FreshFin specifications and standards.
- Work on the food line and prepare our delicious menu to exact recipe standards and within ticket time expectations.
- Follow all food safety and sanitization standards, and other FreshFin BOH SOPs, to ensure food quality standards are met.
- While your main focus will be in the kitchen operations, you will be cross-trained to support the front-of-house and provide customer service.
- You are energized by working as part of a team, and you demonstrate teamwork in your words and actions by actively seeking out opportunities to pitch-in and help the team wherever it may be needed.
What You Bring to the FreshFin Team
- Availability to work morning, lunch and afternoon shifts any day of the week.
- Your willingness to support both kitchen and front-of-house operations, when necessary.
- If you have previous experience in a full-service dining or fast-casual restaurant, that's a plus!
