The Role

We are seeking a Product Manager, Marketing Technology to own and optimize integrations between the core product experience and customer engagement tools. You will be the responsible for delivering a seamless acquisition journey followed by meaningful moments of connection that build lasting customer value and retention.

This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering and third-party vendor teams. You will partner with business leaders across the company to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance both the customer experience and engagement performance, while aligning closely with FreshDirect’s broader strategic priorities.

Success in this role requires a deep understanding of our customers and a strong focus on leveraging data and technical growth infrastructure to deliver highly personalized, context-aware communications that truly resonate and drive growth.

What You’ll Do

• Translate the company’s product and strategic vision for customer growth into a clear product roadmap for all lifecycle marketing channels (in-app promotions, push notifications, email, SMS, social, SEO, AEO, etc)
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
• Drive the timely, high-quality execution of prioritized initiatives ensuring cross-functional alignment, managing trade-offs and influencing decision making across teams
• Conduct market research, track product performance and analyze customer feedback, using insights to make recommendations to improve UX solutions and marketing strategies
• Champion innovative solutions through the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to iteration
• Deliver product requirements and user stories in collaboration with design and engineering partners
• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science or a related field (MBA a plus)
• 4 years of product management experience (e-commerce, food or delivery B2C applications preferred)
• Proven track record of defining and launching successful technical products that empower marketing teams and drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels (mobile, web, paid, email, push, paid, SEO)
• Hands-on experience with any of the following is highly preferred:
• Lifecycle marketing platforms. such as Braze
• Customer Data Platform (CDP) or similar data aggregation and segmentation tools
• Power BI, BigQuery, or similar data visualization tools
• Mobile app marketing delivery and attribution tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Capable of translating complex business problems into clear product roadmaps and detailed specifications.
• Deep analytical skills with experience using data to drive prioritization and performance improvements
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
  
  

Salary

$135,000.00 – $165,000.00
