**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented person to join our team. As a Cleaning and Restoration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional cleaning and restoration services to our clients. This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting

- Conduct water damage restoration, mold remediation, and other restoration as needed

- Operate power tools and hand tools to clean and restore damaged surfaces

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

- Work with restoration industry professionals to repair and restore damaged areas

- Use specialized equipment such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and scrubbers to clean hard-to-reach areas

- Participate in asbestos abatement and other restoration processes as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

-Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high-quality service delivery

**Qualifications:**

-Valid driver's license

-Strong work ethic and willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools

- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and bending

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to adapt to different tasks and environments, with a desire to continuously learn and grow within the company

-Strong leadership potential, with the ability to take the lead on assigned projects and tasks

- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
