Role Description
The Sales & Education Freelance Specialist is a part-time 5-15 hours/week, on-site role based in the Bay Area. Responsibilities include driving sales by delivering exceptional in-store experiences, conducting engaging product demonstrations, and educating customers on fresh products. The specialist will build strong relationships with team members and customers to align with the brand values, support events, and adhere to company merchandising and presentation standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to acheive $125 SPH
- Open weeknights and weekends
- Valid drivers lisence with ability to travel to locations in San Jose, Palo Alto, San Mateo, Daly City, and other surrounding areas.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage, educate, and build relationships with customers effectively
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to achieve sales goals and optimize customer satisfaction
- Experience in Training and mentoring staff to strengthen product knowledge and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Passion for skincare and beauty industry trends
- Self-motivated, proactive, and ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Prior retail or cosmetic sales experience is a plus
Pay: $25-$29/hour based on previous experience
