Job Overview
Fresh Xpress Facility Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to service one of our client locations.
This is a part-time position with a consistent schedule. Each service takes approximately 2 hours.
Schedule
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM start
- Thursday: 7:00 AM start
- Saturday: 7:00 AM start
- Approximately 2 hours per service
- Approximately 6 hours per week
Applicants must be able to consistently work all three scheduled service days.
Duties
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
- Remove trash and replace liners
- Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
- Operate a commercial floor scrubber during scheduled services
- Properly use and handle cleaning chemicals
- Follow the location’s cleaning checklist and scope of work
- Maintain a clean, professional, and orderly appearance throughout the facility
- Report any maintenance issues, supply shortages, or concerns
Qualifications
- Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred
- Experience operating a floor scrubber is strongly preferred
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Ability to follow a cleaning checklist and complete all assigned duties
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, push equipment, and lift cleaning supplies throughout the shift
