Grocery Manager

The Grocery Manager will supervise grocery operations, and they are responsible for maintaining store standards, maximizing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Supervisory Responsibilities: · Oversee the daily workflow of the grocery stock crew. · Assigns staff to ensure efficient operations. · Ensure the backroom is clean and organized. · Lead stockers in the operations of each assigned aisle. · Recommends discipline and termination of employees by partnering with their Store Manager as needed and in accordance with policy. Duties/Responsibilities: · Ensures consistent, efficient, pleasant customer experiences; resolves any customer service issues, complaints, or requests. · Continually seeks merchandising techniques to maximize sales in the Grocery department. · Display all Ad planner items and ensure the surveyed product is on the sales floor. · Ensure all assigned orders are completed as scheduled. · Maintain safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of the store backroom. · Assist with inventory numbers for their assigned department. · Tracking stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring shelves are properly stocked. · Performs other related duties as required.

Required Skills/Abilities: · Exceptional customer service and managerial skills. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Excellent organizational and time-management skills. · Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Education and Experience: · High School Diploma or Equivalent. Physical Requirements: · Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. · Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the supermarket.

Salary : $12 - $17
