Sandwich Shop Back of House - Tips $

Looking to fill lunch and evening shifts, 11:00am-8:00pm, weekends a must. Great tips on the weekend. Looking for someone who can work about 30 hours a week, but full time is available for the right candidate.

Fresh Tracks Sandwich Shop specializes in funky fresh breakfast and lunch sandwiches. We operate in Lincoln, the heart of the White Mountains, and we love to live and play here. It’s at the center of what we do, and we want to celebrate that with our guests.

Fresh Tracks Sandwich Shop is excited to share our creative sandwich menu with the White Mountains community. The Fresh Tracks Back of House Crew Member is an original and passionate individual, dedicated to customer satisfaction, innovation in the kitchen, making sandwiches of the highest quality, creative problem solving, and looking ahead for the next big thing. We’re looking for BOH Crew Members who are hard working, self motivated, and fun to work with. BOH Crew Members' job duties will consist of making sandwiches, food prep, and basic clean up duties.

***This is a tipped position. Pay starts at $15 per hour, PLUS TIPS. Tips will be split evenly amongst Front of House and Back of House Team Members.****

Responsibilities

• Food prep - slicing, dicing, following recipes. It's all pretty basic.
• Making sandwiches - working quickly to get food out with ticket times under 20 minutes.
• Cooking on the flat top and assembling the cold ingredients onto sandwiches.
• Collaborating and working together with other crew members.
• Following standard work, resulting in consistent sandwich making aligned with the rest of the staff.
• Only sending out food that meets our quality standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations, plus additional deep cleaning when necessary.
• Cross training on Front of House - customer service, ringing in orders, making coffees.
• Ensuring all work is done before use of a cell phone.

Qualifications

• Food service experience not required.
• Preference to those with good customer service skills and ability to communicate confidently.
• Willingness to learn new skills, creative problem solving, and collaboration are a must.
• Willingness to follow standard work to ensure consistency.
• We're looking for creative minds, eager to tackle whatever's thrown at them, with the freedom to problem solve how they choose.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to stand and be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed, but we can also be flexible with your schedule.
