Restaurant General Manager QSR

Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy General Manager to lead our fast-casual Mexican restaurant. You will oversee daily operations, build a guest-first culture, and drive profitability. This role manages everything from fresh food preparation on an open service line to team development and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Operations: Run a fast-casual, open-kitchen concept with a focus on speed, accuracy, and hospitality.
• Ensure Quality: Maintain high standards for fresh food safety, scratch-cooking preparation, and line presentation.
• Build Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor shift supervisors and team members to create a positive work culture.
• Drive Financials: Manage the restaurant P&L, inventory controls, labor tracking, and local marketing to grow sales.
• Guest Experience: Resolve customer feedback quickly to ensure every guest receives excellent service.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast-casual or quick-service dining.
• Leadership: Proven ability to select, train, and retain high-performing, diverse teams.
• Financial Skill: Strong understanding of restaurant metrics, food costs, and labor optimization.
• Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including peak lunch/dinner hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Certifications: Valid ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification required.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year
