We’re looking for a highly organized, self-motivated Account Coordinator to support our influencer marketing team. This is an ideal role for someone eager to learn the ropes of campaign execution while working with some of the top creators in the world.
Fresh Tape Media is a Denver-based creative production company that collaborates with clients across the US and internationally to bring their ideas to life. We handle everything from concept development, to video/photo content creation, full scale production and event fabrication. Responsibilities
Project Ownership & Execution
- Support campaign timelines, asset management, and contract coordination
- Help prepare context for reports and client-facing materials
- Coordinate internal meetings, status docs, and cross-team communication
- Monitor creator content for posting, compliance, and quality assurance
- Assist in creator campaign tracking and internal/external communication
Basic Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in influencer marketing, media, or content-related roles (internships count!)
- Passion for social media and influencer culture
- Positive, team oriented attitude and mindset
- Calm and poise in high-pressure environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Familiarity with project tools like Asana, Airtable and performance tracking via Tubular is a plus
Job Type: 1099, with potential to hire
