Flex Associate (Laundry Associate & Service Driver)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and versatile Flex Associate to join our PPE laundry team. This position combines the responsibilities of a Laundry Associate and a Service Driver, providing support wherever needed to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent service to our customers.

ResponsibilitiesLaundry Associate Duties

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and package PPE garments and related items.
• Inspect garments for cleanliness, quality, and damage.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow company procedures and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management and order preparation.

Service Driver Duties

• Pick up and deliver PPE garments to customer locations according to scheduled routes.
• Load and unload laundry carts, garments, and materials safely.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Complete delivery documentation accurately.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Represent the company in a professional manner during all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be able to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous laundry, warehouse, delivery, route service, or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
