About the Role:
As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clinical team and ensuring the highest level of patient care. You will work closely with the Medical Director, clinical therapists and other healthcare professionals and support staff to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote quality care and patient safety. Your leadership and expertise will be critical in maintaining a positive and productive work environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Social Work
- Current state licensure as a LCSW-C and a Board-approved Supervisor
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
- Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards of practice
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Experience in an inpatient and/or outpatient mental health setting
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the clinical team, including therapists, clinical support staff, and other professionals
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote quality care and patient safety
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Ability to carry a caseload (no more than six billable sessions each week and/or ability to lead/co-lead group sessions if coverage is needed)

Salary : $76,000 - $100,000
