Estimate Setter (Door-to-Door) – Fresh Start Paint Pros
$17/hr $25 per estimate set $100 bonus for every 5 sets
Fresh Start Paint Pros is one of the fastest-growing painting companies in the Charleston/Summerville area. As an Estimate Setter, you'll knock doors in our neighborhoods, talk with homeowners about what we do, and book free painting estimates for our Project Consultants.
What you'll earn
- $17/hr guaranteed while you knock
- $25 for every qualified estimate you set
- $100 bonus for every 5 sets
- Our setters average about 1 set every 2 hours. That's about $790/week at 20 hours, about $1,000/week at 28 hours, and $1,500 for full-time.
What you'll do
- Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods and start friendly conversations
- Book estimates with all decision-makers present
- Log every conversation in our app
Growth
Top setters move up to Senior Setter and can grow into a Project Consultant role with $100k potential.

Schedule
Flexible, part-time or full-time. Weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays are our busiest times.
