Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance on clothing products, store layout, and promotions
- Operate the cash register accurately, handling retail sales transactions with precision using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented according to merchandising standards
- Assist in clothing operations such as clothing sorting, pricing, and stocking
Experience
- A strong ability to work on your feet up to 8 hours at a time
- Bilingual skills are highly valued but not necessary
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations
- Strong communication skills to engage customers confidently and provide exceptional customer service
Work Environment
- Fast-paced retail environment
- Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday (one weekday off)
- Saturday (one Saturday off per month)
- Closed on Sunday
- Shifts will vary between 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and 9:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
