Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential or commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. We provide service to Peterborough NH and surrounding areas within a 25 Mile radius.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies such as toiletries and linens.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in an orderly manner.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests in a professional and efficient manner.
- Time Management- Most days will have more than one client, employees should arrive on time and manage their time accordingly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Valid Drivers License and Reliable Vehicle Required
- Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
