Part-Time Residential Cleaner — Fresh Start Home Cleaning
We’re hiring one dependable person to work consistently alongside the owner, cleaning homes in Tallahassee and surrounding areas. No professional cleaning experience is required—we provide paid training.
Schedule & Pay
- Must be available Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–2 p.m.
- Approximately 10–25 hours per week, depending on bookings; not every day is guaranteed.
- Starting pay: $20/hour, including training.
- Eligible for $25/hour after demonstrating consistent quality, reliability, and an efficient cleaning pace.
What You’ll Do
- Maintenance, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and complete assigned detail work.
- Follow checklists, take required job photos, and check your work before leaving.
What You’ll Need
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and accept coaching.
- Ability to perform physically active work at a steady pace.
- Comfort working in homes with dogs, including several dogs.
- Reliable transportation, a smartphone, and clear communication.
You’ll start alongside the owner, with opportunities for more hours and responsibility as the business grows.
