Position Summary
The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for supporting payroll processes, financial tracking, and reporting functions. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Timekeeping Support
- Process and review payroll data for accuracy and completeness
- Support timekeeping systems, ensuring all hours worked are properly recorded
- Assist with resolving payroll discrepancies and timecard issues
Financial & Administrative Support
- Perform reconciliation and analysis for various accounts
- Track and maintain financial activity, including payroll-related reporting
- Assist with monthly reporting and data tracking
Reporting & Analysis
- Support preparation of reports including payroll summaries and financial data
- Assist with audits, reconciliations, and compliance documentation
- Identify discrepancies and partner with leadership on resolution
Operations Support
- Work cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams
- Assist Office Managers and leadership with day-to-day administrative needs
- Support process improvements and special projects
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of payroll, accounting, or administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with payroll or timekeeping systems preferred
Compensation
- $18 per hour
- Full-time, stable schedule
