Essential Duties and Responsibilities: •    Experienced in all aspects of food service management with a proven record of success.•    Takes ownership of operations, ensuring timely and efficient service.•    Manages financials including budgeting, planning, analysis, and reporting.•    Build positive relationships with associates, clients, and customers.•    Ensures compliance with meal requirements, standardized recipes, and portion control.•    Oversees food preparation, storage, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.•    Hires, trains, and develops staff to meet operational goals.•    Monitors inventory, investigates discrepancies, and verifies food safety records.•    Coordinates with department managers and the Director of Operations on daily production.•    Participate in management and quality meetings to drive continuous improvement.•    Ensures equipment maintenance, proper labeling, and adherence to all policies and regulations.Education, Work Experience or Capability Requirements: •    B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field; or A.A.
