- Support daily operations, including production reporting and order management.
- Monitor pending orders and resolve customer inquiries or delivery issues.
- Prepare and distribute driver materials (e.g., temperature sheets, BOLs).
- Maintain and update tracking logs, credits, and system data (Sage, Lightspeed).
- Communicate product updates, pricing changes, and menu adjustments to stakeholders.
- Coordinate special orders, holiday communications, and internal updates.
- Provide accurate delivery ETAs using tracking tools (e.g., Samsara).
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Proven experience in customer service or operations management.
- Proficiency in systems such as Sage, Lightspeed, and Microsoft Suite (specifically Excel).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
