What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative II position at Fresh Origins?
Do you have a passion for creating a great customer experience? We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to work with clients on fulfilling orders. Ideal applicants are organized and able to fulfill tasks independently, and don't mind that the majority of interactions with customers are not in person, but via email and phone. Customer Service Representatives must be able to conduct themselves professionally when communicating with customers verbally and in writing. Experience in fulfilling retail orders preferred, bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information in response to customer inquiries
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Communicate accurate information to Customer Service Representative I's for data entry of order
- Research product substitutions when needed
- Communicate order fulfillment details to clients
- Monitor completion of orders in a deadline driven environment
- Promptly resolving client concerns with creativity and professionalism
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years’ relatable experience
- Must possess a customer service demeanor: a naturally friendly disposition, the ability to engage others in conversations, responsive, proactive and helpful attitude at all times
- Basic technology skills in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
- Able to type/key quickly
- Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork and keen attention to detail
Effective communication skills and proficiency in English required; fluency in Spanish a plus
