Your Day, Your Impact

You arrive to a clean, cool production floor ready to keep America’s favorite ham moving. You’ll rotate between stations—wrapping, sealing, weighing, and labeling—while keeping a close eye on appearance and weights. You’ll work side-by-side with production and quality teammates to make sure every package meets customer specs and food safety standards. By the end of your shift, you’ll see the results of your work palletized and ready to ship.

No prior food manufacturing experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training so you can learn quickly and grow confidently.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay
  • 1st Shift: $15.00 per hour
  • 2nd Shift: $16.50 per hour (includes shift differential)

When You’ll Work

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Saturday; overtime as production requires

Specific shift placement will be discussed during the interview process.

What You’ll Do

• Package, wrap, seal, and prepare ham products for shipment
• Inspect for quality, appearance, weight, and spec compliance
• Accurately weigh and label finished goods
• Operate or assist with packaging equipment and production machinery
• Monitor quality throughout the process and communicate issues promptly
• Move materials and finished goods within the department
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and sanitized
• Follow food safety, sanitation, quality, and safety procedures; wear required PPE
• Work efficiently to meet daily output goals
• Perform general labor tasks as assigned

Is This You?

• Comfortable working in a cool manufacturing environment
• Able to stand and walk for long periods; frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull; perform repetitive motions
• Can regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Thrive in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities
• Available for overtime and Saturdays when needed
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Experience in manufacturing, food production, packaging, machine operation, warehouse work, assembly line, or general labor is helpful—but not required. Training is provided.
