What You’ll Experience Day to Day
- Work full time alongside a reliable, friendly crew in a cold manufacturing environment.
- Support food production operations while following all safety and security procedures.
- Stay active on your feet for extended stretches, with regular bending and twisting.
- Lift and move materials: 25–35 lbs. regularly, up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Step up for overtime and weekend shifts when needed to meet demand.
Compensation
- Hourly pay: $14.50–$19.00/hr., based on position and discussed during interview.
- Shift differential: $1.50/hr. for 2nd and 3rd shift.
- Growth: Opportunity to bid into higher-paying roles after 6 months.
Typical Schedules
- Monday–Saturday
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – Midnight
