Cold-Room Production Operator, Bacon Division

Picture this: You arrive at Fresh Mark in Massillon, OH, gear up, and step into a well-run, chilled production environment where teamwork and safety shape everything you do. Your focus is helping us bring consistently great bacon and other meats to market—reliably and at scale.

The role

This is a full-time position on our food production team. You’ll stay active on your feet, handle materials safely, and keep pace with production goals while following strict safety and quality procedures.

Pay and progression

• Hourly rates ranging from $15.00-$20.80/hr.
• Hourly rate is determined by position and will be discussed during the interview.
• Opportunity to bid to higher paying positions after 3 months.

Shifts

Multiple shifts are available Monday–Saturday. Your specific schedule will be set by position during the interview process.

• 1st Shift: 6am–2:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 3pm–Midnight
• 3rd Shift: 10pm–6am

Qualifications

• Adhere to all safety and security procedures
• Comfortable working in a cold manufacturing environment
• Stand for at least 8 hours daily
• Regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Open to overtime and weekend work when needed
• Capable of standing for long periods with frequent bending and twisting
