Bacon Processing Line Technician

Step onto the production floor at Fresh Mark’s Massillon, OH facility and you’ll feel the energy of a fast-moving food operation. As a key member of our bacon production team, you’ll help keep product moving safely and efficiently in a cold, clean environment. You’ll be on your feet most of the day, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed, and following safety and security procedures to the letter. When volume climbs, you’re ready to pitch in with overtime, including some Saturdays.

Pay, Status, and Growth

• Job Type: Full Time
• Hourly Rate: $15.00–$17.25 per hour (rate depends on position and will be discussed during the interview)
• Career Progression: Opportunity to bid to higher-paying roles after 3 months

Shifts and Schedule

We operate Monday–Saturday with multiple shifts available. Your specific schedule is determined by position and will be discussed during the interview.

• 1st Shift: 6:00am–2:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm–Midnight
• 3rd Shift: 10:00pm–6:00am

What It Takes

• Commitment to all safety and security procedures
• Comfort working in a cold manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours per day
• Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed
• Stamina for extended standing, bending, and twisting
