Truck Operation Specialist

• Must be 21 years old or older
• Must have a valid drivers license & clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Exceptional people and communication skills
• Upbeat, friendly, and outgoing personality, eager to serve customers happily
• Ability to efficiently navigate local neighborhoods using a map and GPS
• Ability to drive a large vehicle (Similar to a Midsize U-Haul)
• Strong work ethic & quick problem solving skills
• Ability to alternate between sitting and standing frequently during shift
• Ability to travel through a cabin of approximately 2.5 feet wide efficiently
• Controlled fine motor skills to prepare fresh, made to order beverages
• Ability to reach above head for items in overhead cabinets
• Ability to bend for items in undercounter cabinets
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25lbs
• Proficient in using mobile apps on mobile phones and tablets

Fresh Lemonade Co.’s ideal “Truck Operation Specialist”  is an upbeat leader who feels comfortable driving a large vehicle (with training), tech-savvy, hard-working, and hospitality-minded. The Truck Operation Specialists’ primary responsibility is being the primary operator of the LDV and managing the route for the day.  They must do this following our core values (THE THREE D’s): Do what's good and right, details matter, and deliver everything.

“Truck Operating Specialist”, drive the our GIANT yellow and blue truck (working alongside a “Truck Service Specialist”, who assists with navigation.  As a team you will drive to and execute private events, “Fresh at Work” routes and neighborhood routes.   When arriving at each stop, the team steps into the back of the LDV to efficiently prepare Famous Flavored Lemonade and our other signature beverage items .
