Join our movement to re-imagine healthy eating and "share love" with local communities. Fresh Kitchen invites guests to build their own chef-inspired bowls “as fast as they can point.” Made from scratch and fresh to order, our menu features fresh greens, perfectly seasoned rices, hand cut roasted veggies, and hormone and antibiotic free grilled meats. All of our food is cooked with 100% Olive Oil and our entire menu is 100% Gluten Free. 

Our CASHIERS are the last step of our guests’ journey down the line. They are responsible for accurately ringing in guests, keeping the line moving a good pace, and creating memorable interactions in a way that’s consistent with our mission and values. *The compensation range for our Cashiers range from $15-$21/hr (including shared tips). Some locations may receive even higher tip ranges*

THE BASICS

• Must be committed to living by our core values

• Maintain professionalism and a high standard of hospitality when interacting with all guests
• Accurately ring in orders and accept payments with a sense of urgency
• Have high accountability around proper cash handling procedures
• Demonstrate a thorough understing of all menu offerings and able to answer guest questions
• Take an active role in ensuring our food, cleanliness, and safety standards of the restaurant
• Help keep the restaurant stocked, clean, and looking fresh.
• Perform additional opening/ closing/ mid shift responsibilities, as needed.

PRE-REQs

• 16 years of age or older
• Passion for food and people
• Awesome, Energetic Attitude and personality
• Be willing to take direction and work both independently and with a team
• Be able to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and reach, squat, and bend
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 6 hours
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Reliable Transportation to and from work
• ServSafe Food Handler Cerification (if you don't have it, we'll help you get certified!)
