Job Summary

The primary role is providing accounts payable financial support to our field operations and vendors while maintaining top notch customer service.
Responsibilities
- Use SAP and data provided from Xtrack to identify and research potential payment concerns
- Communicate with vendors on duplicate or incorrect vendor payment issues (both written and oral)
- Process invoices and credit memos in SAP
- Process reversing entries in SAP when necessary
- Prepare analysis of vendor accounts when necessary
- Procedure documentation and compliance
- Prepare reconciliations where necessary
- Field Accounting
- Corporate Accounting
- Bank Rec.
- Foodbuy
- Vendor Maintenance
- Two-year degree; Accounting preferred
- 2-3 years Accounts Payable experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word skills required
- Detail oriented
- Work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- SAP experience is desired
- Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines
- Must be a quick learner and self-motivated
