Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Warehouse Lead to join our team. This position plays a key role in daily warehouse operations and requires someone who can work independently, stay organized, and help maintain an efficient and professional work environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle a variety of warehouse responsibilities while assisting management with daily tasks and special projects.
Schedule & Pay
- $15.00 per hour
- Full-time position
- 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
- Stock inventory and organize warehouse materials
- Load and unload delivery trucks
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Complete tasks and special projects assigned by management
- Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization
- Keep warehouse grounds maintained, including:
- Mowing grass
- Snow plowing
- Salting sidewalks and parking areas during winter weather
- Follow company safety procedures and operational standards
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials regularly
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license preferred
