Job Description:
Vander Vending is looking for a dependable, self-motivated Route Driver to service vending machines and micro markets. This is a hands-on position that combines driving, stocking, inventory management, and customer service.
You will be responsible for keeping locations fully stocked, clean, and operating smoothly — with little supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Drive a company route to service vending machines and micro markets
- Stock products (drinks, snacks, fresh items) and rotate inventory
- Track and manage inventory levels to prevent out-of-stocks
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional-looking machines/markets
- Collect and report sales data using handheld or app-based systems
- Identify slow-moving products and adjust product selections
- Build and maintain positive relationships with client locations
Requirements:
- High reliability — must show up on time and complete routes fully
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable with basic technology (apps, inventory systems)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Schedule:
- Full-time Monday–Friday 8am-430pm
- Occasional early mornings depending on route needs
Pay:
- Starting around $16/hour
