Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Fresh Home Loan Inc. This is for loan officers looking to make a difference and change their life for their families and their communities. This position is for loan officers looking to take it to the next level.
If you have a passion for the mortgage industry and are looking to build a self sustaining business this will be a good fit for you. Loan Officers will be given a daily plan for prospecting and a team to support them.
The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for daily tasks such as assisting clients in securing loans, prospecting to referral partners and past clients, This role is located in Alameda, CA, but allows flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- 3 Years Experience as a Loan Officer
- NMLS license (DRE is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of loan regulations and compliance
