About Us

The Role
You'll own the operations behind our road test program — from eligibility verification and DMV paperwork to test-day execution across all five of our Fairfield County locations. You'll work closely with our Operations and General Managers and be the go-to person for students, parents, and the CT DMV when it comes to all things road test.
What You'll Do
- Monitor test availability and coordinate student scheduling
- Verify student eligibility and prepare paperwork packages for each test
- Process eDEC certificates and input data into the CT DMV system
- Travel to FGL locations to proctor road tests and check in students
- Respond to high-volume email and phone inquiries from students and parents
- Guide students through the retesting process with clear, patient communication
What We're Looking For
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail — you'll be handling time-sensitive government documents
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable managing high volumes of email and phone professionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Dropbox
- Able to travel to all five Fairfield County locations
- Available at least 25 hours/week with flexibility around test schedules
- Warm and professional — many students are nervous on test day
Compensation
Starting at $20/hr. This role can transition to a salaried position with benefits for the right candidate.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
