What We’re Looking For

• Must be 16 years or older
  • Worker’s Permit required if under 18 (per Minnesota law)
• 0–1 year of experience in food service or retail (no worries—we train!)
• Ability to stand, bend, scoop, reach, and move throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in cooler environments (walk‑in cooler/freezer)
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to taste products to ensure quality and consistency
• Customer service mindset with cash‑handling skills preferred
• Ability to understand and communicate instructions in English

Bonus Points If You Have

• A high school diploma or are currently enrolled in school
• Experience using POS systems, tablets, or smartphones
• Familiarity with food, smoothies, or nutrition (helpful—but not required!)
