Known for our iconic freshly baked pretzels, Auntie Anne’s delivers crave-worthy treats that make everyday moments better. We’re looking for enthusiastic, dependable Team Members to join our pretzel team and help create those feel-good experiences for every guest.

What You’ll Do:
- Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service
- Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne’s products to brand standards
- Operate registers and handle cash accurately
- Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized
- Work together with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines

What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays)
- TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
- 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout your shift
- Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins)
- Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems
- Ability to taste test products for quality
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills
- Food handler certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and register systems
