Your Role

Known for our iconic freshly baked pretzels, Auntie Anne's delivers crave-worthy treats that make everyday moments better. We're looking for reliable, hardworking Shift Managers who take pride in leading teams, supporting operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences every shift.

As a Shift Manager, you'll play a key role in driving store performance, maintaining operational standards, coaching team members, and ensuring every guest receives outstanding service. What You'll Do

• Welcome every guest with friendly, energetic, and professional service
• Lead shifts and provide direction, coaching, and support to team members
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand recipes and quality standards
• Ensure operational, food safety, and guest service standards are consistently met
• Consistently deliver accurate orders and a positive guest experience
• Operate registers and handle cash, payments, and transactions responsibly and accurately
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash accountability, and shift execution
• Monitor productivity and overall shift performance
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Support the training and development of new and existing team members
• Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe environment throughout your shift
• Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work at the start of every scheduled shift
• Maintain reliable attendance and follow established call-out and scheduling procedures
• Plan ahead for transportation, traffic, and parking to ensure timely arrival
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through with strong attention to detail
• Support teammates during busy periods and work collaboratively to achieve store goals
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, loss prevention, and operational procedures
• Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a positive attitude in every aspect of the job
• Help create a culture of teamwork, reliability, and respect

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrated commitment to punctuality, including arriving on time, prepared, and ready to begin work at the scheduled start of each shift
• Dependable attendance record with the ability to consistently meet scheduled shifts
• Ability to proactively communicate scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or absences in accordance with company policies
• Strong work ethic and commitment to being dependable, accountable, and team-oriented
• Ability to follow directions, procedures, and brand standards consistently
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
• 1 years of food service, restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
• Previous leadership, keyholder, or shift management experience is a plus
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout a shift
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments, including around ovens, prep areas, and walk-in coolers
• Basic math skills and confidence using point-of-sale systems
• Ability to taste-test products as part of quality control processes
• Strong communication, teamwork, leadership, and guest service skills
• Food Handler Certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and store technology systems
• Demonstrates honesty, accountability, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow
