Primary Role:
As a Social Strategist working across multiple brands, you’ll foster and drive social goals, content best practices, and influencer management. Success in this role will hinge on leading strategic social direction with both internal and external teams, effective management of influencer partnerships, and thoughtful strategic storytelling and research.
You'll help develop social strategies that grow followers and drive engagement, while executing influencer partnerships with care and consistency. When it comes to content, you're comfortable speaking to performance and translating data into insights.
You stay ahead of trends, know how to tap into cultural moments, and use analytics to turn performance insights into smarter decisions. You move fluidly between brand goals, bringing both creativity and accountability to your work, and genuinely love being a strategic leader.

Responsibilities:
- Develop social-first content strategies for clients
- Support and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, including shortlisting, budget negotiations, contracting, briefing, reporting, and overall relationship management
- Manage influencer timelines, creative direction, and feedback
- Assist with audits, playbooks, and analysis of social performance metrics
- Prepare and present client-facing materials such as briefs and performance insights
- Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging trends, and cultural moments to identify real-time opportunities for clients
- Collaborate with creative, account, and community teams to ensure a cohesive social approach
- Support production and on-site or remote shoots as needed, including coordination with creators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Support new business growth and upsell initiatives, including drafting pitch materials, decks, and value-add messaging
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree, in marketing or a related field preferred
- 3-4 years of agency experience
- Social media experience, particularly in a Social Media or Influencer Management function, at either a brand or agency
- Experience working with social and/or influencer platforms including native platforms, Sprout Social, CreatorIQ, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with intense attention to detail
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating with clients and internal teams
- Strong negotiation and budget management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
