We are looking for AM/lunch and PM/dinner servers, and PM/dinner hosts.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service to enhance their visit experience
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems, process payments, and handle cash with precision
- Assist with food preparation tasks including assembling orders, food handling, and maintaining sanitation standards in line with food safety regulations
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring the dining area is inviting and organized
- Support food safety practices by following proper sanitation procedures and handling food responsibly
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while balancing multiple responsibilities
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Demonstrated ability in cashiering, cash handling, and basic math for retail or food industry transactions
- Experience in customer service roles that require strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols is advantageous
- Restaurant experience or working in a diner setting will support your success in this role
- Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining excellent service standards
