Overview: Must also have some light kitchen experience. We have an easy bar menu and all bartenders must be able to go back and drop food in fryer when a guest orders. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. Duties: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Handle cash transactions accurately - Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders - Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies - Follow all company policies and procedures Experience: - Previous experience in food service or bartending preferred - Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their preparation methods - Familiarity with POS systems is a plus - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change - Knowledge of brewing techniques is an asset If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply.
