Provide courteous, genuinely friendly, and efficient service to guests. Assist guests with food and beverage selections. Engage in teamwork with fellow servers and other roles in the restaurant to maximize the guest experience. Take orders, run food, and ensure guests leave happy.
Requirements:Must provide guests with the highest level of service by verbally and nonverbally identifying and meeting the needs and wants of every table. Possess team spirit and a genuine desire to work together for the common goal of serving the guest. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and maintain control at all times. Must possess basic math skills and be able to assess situations and make decisions that will positively impact the guest's experience. Must be able to maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times and be able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
