Overview
Fresh Beginnings Co LLC is a new small cleaning business that offer cleaning for residential, commercial, carpet, rugs and upholstery cleaning. Our business launched in February of 2025, we are looking for a motivated, high attention to detail cleaner to join our growing team. Perfectionist welcomed and encouraged to apply! We take pride in giving clients that fresh, peaceful feeling when they walk into their home.
This position is ideal for someone who:
- Has a high standard of cleanliness (the type who notices little things).
- Is reliable and consistent - clients and teammates can count on you.
- Has strong communication skill and can interact professionally with clients.
- Has leadership qualities - willing to guide and support team members.
- Is honest and trustworthy - our clients trust us with their homes.
- Is comfortable traveling to job sites in our service areas ( Yelm, Olympia, Roy, McKenna, Eatonville, Spanaway, South Tacoma, Lacey, Graham, Tumwater and other surrounding areas).
- Is available to take last minute jobs - some clients may reschedule and air Bnb's may have last minute bookings.
- Has the qualities of someone who can be a right hand person for the company.
What You'll Do
- Perform residential cleaning (routine, carpet, deep, and move-out jobs).
- Maintain our high-quality standards and attention to detail.
- Communicate with clients in a friendly, professional manner.
- Report progress and any issues to home owner and manager.
- Potential to grow into a lead role( training, supervising, quality checks).
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Ability to lift 20-50 lbs, bend, kneel, use a ladder or step stool and be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivation.
- Available between 7am-6pm weekdays and weekends
- Willing to get a background check
- Willing to travel to our service areas
- Able to work last minute jobs ( we do our best to communicate last minute changes with as much time before cleaning as possible)
