What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape/Horticultural Maintenance Team Member position at Fresh Aire Enterprises?
Fresh Aire Enterprises, Inc. is a residential landscape, design-build-maintenance company based in Arvada. We have a team of highly skilled, hard-working people and we are looking for one more of the same to join us. The Landscape/Horticulture Department manages residential customers’ ongoing landscapes. This includes designing and implementing smaller-scale garden projects and yard maintenance, as well as planting, tending beds, gardens, containers, and some mowing.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidates for the position will have landscaping and/or horticultural knowledge.
- Be reliable and on time every day.
- A valid driver's license and eligible to work in the US.
- The ability to drive a work truck and trailer or the willingness to learn.
Perks:
- PTO – 100 hrs. (based on 2,000 hours annually, earned weekly).
- Profit share – employees share a portion at the end of the fiscal year's profit.
- Ownership opportunity – eligibility can be acquired after three years.

The pay rate starts at $20 depending on experience.
