Healthcare Service Operations Manager

Role Summary:

This Clinical Manager position requires a seasoned healthcare professional with excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development plans

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
• Current appropriate state licensure
• 6 years business operations experience in a healthcare facility
• 12 months experience in clinical nursing
• 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience
