Role Description
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for a full-time, on-site role at our Newberry, SC location. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care in a dialysis setting, monitoring patient treatment plans, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards. The Registered Nurse will play a key role in delivering patient-centered care and supporting patients through their dialysis journey.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, monitoring vital signs, and implementing care plans
- Proficiency in managing dialysis equipment and understanding dialysis treatment processes
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive environment for patients and collaborate with the healthcare team
- Knowledge of safety protocols, infection control procedures, and regulatory compliance in healthcare services
- Active RN license in the state of South Carolina or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus
- Previous experience in nephrology or dialysis care is beneficial but not required
- Empathy, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to patient care and outcomes
