Provides psychosocial services to patients treated by Fresenius Medical Care including in-center dialysis patients utilizing social work theory.

  1. Patient Assessment/Care Planning/Counseling: Assesses patients' psychosocial status, strengths, and areas of need that may affect rehabilitation.
