Successful candidates will manage employees within the Qdoba restaurant on assigned shifts. Assist in training, retaining and motivating crew. Make decisions to ensure great tasting food, help to provide a fun, productive work environment and fast attentive customer service. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, customer focused and willing to make decisions to improve sales and make customers their #1 focus.
Qualified candidates will possess strong communication skills, a hands on management style, show initiative and demonstrate leadership ability.
