Key Tasks

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for assigned positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
  • Source qualified candidates using job boards, networking, and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and job requisition updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Workday or Greenhouse Software.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support offer preparation and negotiation in partnership with HR and hiring managers.
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, and interview activity.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruiting events.
  • Support diversity and inclusion recruiting initiatives to attract a broad and diverse candidate pool.
  • Help improve recruiting processes and recommend best practices for sourcing and candidate engagement.

Key Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Experience sourcing candidates using job boards, social platforms, and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, or Glassdoor.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Avature, Workday, Greenhouse Software, or Lever.
  • Experience recruiting for technical, corporate, or specialized roles.
  • Knowledge of diversity recruiting strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Experience with recruitment metrics and reporting (time-to-fill, pipeline tracking, etc.).
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of how to build and leverage a broad outreach to diverse audiences, including veterans, disabled, minority, and other diverse groups
  • Have the drive and creativity to utilize emerging trends and practices to ensure diverse, inclusive, and bias-free hiring practices
  • Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Have highly efficient time management skills, with flexibility to prioritize workload in response to shifting demands
